Q:  Why do I need a crane inspection?

A:  

OSHA regulations require that all cranes be inspected annually.

Q: Who does the inspection?

A:  

The inspection is performed by one of our qualified inspectors who is supervised by a professional engineer.  We are members of the Crane Certification Association of America.

Q:  Where are the inspections performed?

A:  

We will perform the inspection of your operable, manned crane at the location that is most convenient to you.  We will travel to the job site or your office.

Q:  What is needed?

A:  

We need for the crane to be operable and manned.  We do not operate the crane.  Our inspectors observe the crane operation and inspect the physical equipment for defects.

Q: What proof of inspection do I get?

A:  

You will receive two signed reports and certificates for your file as well as your crane.  In addition, you will also receive a certified crane inspection sticker to place on the equipment.
