After Hurricane Georges passed over Puerto Rico on September 21, 1998 there was extensive damage done to the structures on the island. Keith was called down to the island to do a number of Storm Damage Investigations on structures damaged during the storm. His role included determination of the cause of damage, estimation of repair cost and review of expenditures. The photographs on this page are typical of some of the more catastrophic damage cases. In these pictures you can see the awesome force of nature. Roofs and walls were literally ripped off of some buildings. Additional photographs of the damage can be viewed on the next page.
